You’ll submit a streamlined loan application, basic financials, and entity documents. We review the property, zoning, and any red flags to keep the process smooth and fast.

We coordinate with trusted title partners to finalize your closing. Once the documents are signed — Promissory Note, Deed of Trust, and supporting paperwork — we wire funds directly.

No-recourse loans in specific cases (like IRA-held properties)

Interest Rates: Starting at 9.99%
Origination Fees: 1% to 5%
Repayment: Monthly, interest-only
Term Length: Up to 12 months, with possible 12-month extension
Property Types: Residential investment, small apartments, and select commercial
Exclusions: No raw land or ground-up construction
Lien Position: First lien only
