Scott is a real estate investor, operator, and leader with over 30 years of experience in building businesses, structuring deals, and creating value. He started his career in technology, rising to executive leadership at a Fortune 500 company, then spent 20 years in residential real estate finance, where he built and led one of the largest and most profitable groups in the country.

Today, he specializes in real estate investment and finance — combining creativity, discipline, and deep market knowledge to uncover and execute opportunities others might miss. He has invested in and managed projects across residential, retail, and industrial properties, often solving complex problems and unlocking hidden value through thoughtful structuring and hands-on execution.

He works closely with partners, investors, and stakeholders to develop, enhance, and hold real estate assets that meet investor goals and strengthen the communities we serve.
